Seeking Healthy Change For Self, Family and Community
Nothing causes more sickness and premature death than failure of parents and school administrators to understand the essential nature of quality health and physical education for every child and demand nothing less than excellence.
All the speeches and arguments about how to best finance sicknesscare are like shutting the gate after the cows have left the barn. I'm delighted when readers respond to what I've said or written, either in the comments section of my blog, which feeds directly to my Facebook page, or by email. The ultimate value of this website will not be the material I put up, but more, the wisdom and observations it may stimulate among readers who share their strength, hope and progress.
Case in point: I've been having an invigorating email dialogue with Richard Best, who came across the site a while back. I've posted that conversation here in a new Dialogues section.
But please don't confuse talking about exercise with the actual work of doing your reps and sets and stretches and cardio work, as so many academics, bureaucrats and members of the sicknesscare establishment seem to do. Thinking about doing something doesn't get your body where it needs to be: Exercising vigorously every day.
